FESTIVAL FAQs!

Do I need to take time off work?

Yes, to enjoy the full event you will need to take Friday 2nd September off work. The festival starts at noon on that day, with acts performing from 2pm.

Our list of essential items are: a towel (for the hot showers), wallet (we accept card and cash), phone, one of your wrists for your wristband (we suggest bringing both), chargers for your devices if you need extra juice, tent and bedding if camping, just bedding if glamping, and any outfits. You do not need to bring toilet roll as the permanent toilets are serviced hourly. We also have washing up facilities on site if you need.

The name of the site is Out to Grass, Woodend Farm, Bromyard Rd, Malvern, WR13 5JW.

We recommend you carpool and drive to the site. However, the closest train station, Great Malvern, has trains direct from London Paddington every hour. We recommend you book your trains as soon as possible.

Where do I get booze?

The venue has a fully stocked bar inside the arena, with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. We ask you to support us, and the venue, by using the bar as much as possible. Sustainable cups are £1 and indicate that you have purchased the alcohol at the main bar.

Can I bring booze in?

Yes, but glass is strictly prohibited and you will not be permitted to take your own alcohol into the main site because it is licensed. Alcohol from home is permitted in the campsite and in the chill out tent, Otto's Grotto. The bar inside the main area is good value, offers a wide range of beverages, and supporting it helps support both AllSorts and the Out To Grass site as a whole.

Unfortunately, glamping has now sold out! But the camp site has ample space!

What's provided in the glamping tents?

Glamping includes a mattress for each of the people in the tent, a table, rug, power sockets (excluding the two-person tents) and night lighting. Each glamper will need to bring bedding and a pillow, or a sleeping bag and a pillow, as you would for the normal campsite.

There are plugs all over the site, including in the camping area. We cannot accept responsibility for any misplaced items left unattended at charging points. Four-person and eight-person glamping tents also have power provided.

When are the activities?

Activities are spread throughout the weekend, with most taking place on Saturday morning and early afternoon.

We have family-run caterers on the site who will cook a range of lovely meals for us all weekend, open all day long. Vegetarian and vegan options available. You are also welcome to cook your own food; the nearest supermarket is in Bromyard.

When do I need to leave site?

We are asking people to vacate the site whenever they are safe to do so on Sunday 4th September. For safety, we have the entire venue until Monday in case resting for one more night is required.

Yes.

Can I bring my pet?

No, unfortunately, we have to limit the number of pets on site.

Can I bring children?
